By accessing and using Unimatchr ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Unimatchr provides a platform to help students assess their compatibility with German universities, track applications, and generate admission-related documents. Our compatibility scores are based on historical data and do not guarantee admission to any university.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Payment and Subscriptions
Certain features may require payment. All fees are clearly stated at the time of purchase. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
5. Refund Policy (Acceptance Guarantee)
Our Acceptance Guarantee applies if you score a 90%+ match on a program using our platform, follow all our document and application guidelines, submit your application before the deadline, and are ultimately rejected by the university. In this specific scenario, you may be eligible for a full refund of your subscription fee. To claim a refund, you must provide official rejection letters and proof of application submission within 30 days of receiving your final decision.
6. Limitation of Liability
Unimatchr is an advisory tool. We are not affiliated with any German university and have no influence over admission decisions. We shall not be held liable for any rejections, delayed applications, or visa denials.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
